Following the closure of catch.com.au on 30 April 2025, all Catch Connect products and services have now switched to OnePass mobile from 1 May 2025.

What is OnePass mobile?
OnePass is a membership program with Australia's favourite retailers.
OnePass mobile will now be the brand behind your prepaid service and continue to let you enjoy all the things you've come to expect from a mobile plan at an affordable price.

What does this mean?
We'll have a new brand, logo and website. The network and plans are the same but will now be sold under the new OnePass mobile brand and will continue to provide customers with the same great value.

What does this mean to existing customers?
Just like Catch Connect, OnePass mobile will also be part of the Optus family and will offer all the things you want from a mobile plan, at an affordable price: value, speed, reliable service and no hidden fees or lock in contracts. It's powered by the Optus 4G network, so you'll get the same great coverage you enjoy today. Existing customers can continue to use and recharge their services without disruption.

What does this mean to new customers?
New customers can purchase our great value plans from OnePass mobile from 1 May 2025.

What happens if I bought a Catch Connect product and haven't activated it
You'll still be able to activate your SIM after 1 May 2025. You'll start receiving communications from OnePass mobile instead of Catch Connect.

How do I get in touch with OnePass mobile?
You can contact our customer service team on the same number 1300 222 825 or chat with us online.

Can I still use the same app?
Yes, the Catch Connect app will automatically be updated to OnePass mobile app. Just open the app and follow the prompts to update it.

Will my login details change?
No, your existing username and password will remain the same.
