Q: What is the offer?
A: New OnePass mobile customers who purchase any OnePass mobile plan between 5 November 2025 and 27 January 2026 will receive as 12 months OnePass membership for free. One membership link will be sent per order. If you are purchasing multiple OnePass mobile plans and would like a membership for each plan, please complete each purchase each as a separate transaction.

A: The offer will be available for purchases made between 5 November 2025 and 27 January 2026.
Q: How do I redeem the offer?
A:
- Purchase any OnePass mobile plan between 5 November 2025 and 27 January 2026.
- You'll receive an email with a unique link to sign up for your OnePass membership within 48 hours from purchase.
- Redeem the link by 28th February 2026.
- Create or log in to your OnePass account and verify your email.
- Follow the sign-up steps to activate your 12 months free membership.
Q: Who is eligible?
A: All customers who purchase a OnePass mobile plan during the promotion period.
Q: Can I use the link that is emailed to me more than once?
A: No. The offer can only be redeemed once per link.
Q: How long do I have to redeem my 12-month OnePass membership by?
A: You must redeem your 12-month OnePass membership (by following the steps above) by 28th February (midnight).
Q: Does the free membership renew automatically?
A: Yes. You will be asked for your credit card details when you sign up and at the end of the 12-month free period, your membership will renew at $40/year unless you cancel or receive another offer.
Q: Do I need to enter my credit card details?
A: Yes. You'll need to enter your payment details to redeem your offer and activate your OnePass membership.
Q: Can I redeem the membership using a different email than the one I used for my OnePass mobile plan?
A: Yes, you can use any email address to sign up for your OnePass membership.
Q: What if I buy more than one SIM card?
A: You are entitled to one free OnePass membership per OnePass mobile plan you purchase. Note however that only one membership is awarded per transaction so if you are purchasing multiple plans, please purchase them in separate transactions if you would like to receive a membership for each plan.
Q: I have an existing OnePass membership, can I add the membership I earn as part of this offer to my existing OnePass membership?
A: Yes, there will be a specific link provided in the email for existing OnePass members. Use this link to redeem this offer before 28th February 2026. Once you have done this, your free 12 Month OnePass membership will automatically begin once your existing offer expires.

One Free Annual OnePass Membership is each available with each purchase a new OnePass Mobile prepaid phone plan during the promotional period and does not include recharges.
