All OnePass mobile plans are set by default at time of purchase to AutoRecharge at 11:00pm AEST/AEDT on the day of plan expiry. You can turn off AutoRecharge, and manage your plan recharge options, through your OnePass mobile dashboard or via the OnePass mobile App. Plans AutoRecharge at the price offered for the plan at the time of recharge.
By purchasing a service from OnePass mobile, you agree that OnePass mobile will send you marketing information via email, SMS or letter until you unsubscribe or opt out.
You may opt out of receiving marketing information by going to the My Info section on your OnePass mobile dashboard at onepassmobile.com.au or via the OnePass mobile App and untick the SMS and email boxes in the ‘Subscribe and unsubscribe to OnePass mobile marketing messages’ section. Please note it can take us up to 5 days to update your preferences.
If we directly market to you via a letter, we will tell you how you may opt out of receiving direct marketing in the letter. We cannot control general letterbox drops on an individual basis.
OnePass mobile is powered by the Optus 4G mobile network.
Check your device can access Optus 4G Plus (LTE 700 / 1800 / 2100 / 2300 / 2600 MHz).

From 28 October 2024, Optus will be repurposing its 3G network to boost the capacity, speed, and reliability of its 4G network and to rollout 5G to even more Australians. If you are activating your SIM for use on a phone that relies on the 3G network you may not be able to connect to the Optus network from 28 October 2024. All data included in your plan is for use within Australia. Uploads and downloads will be deducted from your plan inclusion. Data is measured per KB.

Note that any usage alerts you receive do not take into account any included Data Extras, International Extras or Credit Extras that you have purchased. Unlimited standard national calls and texts within Australia. Non-standard national calls or SMS/MMS, international calls or SMS/MMS and roaming are not included. Credit for your Prepaid plan expires at the end of the term of your plan or on next recharge, whichever is earlier. Activate within 30 days of purchase or by the date advertised on a promotion to receive offer inclusions advertised. Plan inclusions do not rollover.

Data Extras packs can be purchased through your OnePass mobile dashboard or via the OnePass mobile App. Data Extras packs are used before the same usage type in your included plan. (e.g. a Data Extras pack will be used before any remaining data in your plan inclusions). Data Extras expire after 30 days. Unused Data Extras will roll-over (up to a maximum of 20GB) where you recharge your service with an additional Data Extras pack before expiry.
International Extras packs provide minutes to make standard international (IDD) calls and unlimited standard international SMS/MMS to 32 selected destinations: Austria, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, mainland China, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, US & Vietnam. Excludes premium/special/satellite/overseas tollfree numbers and video calls. International Extras have an expiry period of 30 days. You can rollover any included minutes (up to a maximum of 500 minutes) by purchasing a new International Extras pack before the previous one expires.
For use on mobile plans only. You must have an active plan to be able to purchase Credit Extras. You can use Credit Extras credit for selected premium SMS (PSMS) services and standard international calls and SMS/MMS to selected countries, check the pricing table for details. Premium SMS (PSMS) has a spend limit of $20 every 30 days. To increase or restrict this limit please contact the OnePass mobile Customer Care Team. These services will be charged at the rates advertised by the third-party providers. Not all premium SMS (PSMS) services are available on OnePass mobile. Excludes standard national calls/SMS/MMS, domestic data, roaming, video calls, premium calls, overseas premium and overseas toll-free services. Credit Extras credit expires 14 days after purchase.
